No. Progress, mastery bars and readiness figures are stored in your browser's local storage, and the iOS and Android app has its own separate storage. There is no account to sync through, so the web and the app each keep their own progress. A purchase does carry over: enter your access code on the device you want to unlock.

No. There is nothing to sign up for. Studying needs no login, and buying an unlock is a normal card checkout that gives you an access code, not an account. If you clear your browser data, your progress resets and your access code still works.
